Ora Dental
Ora is an innovative dental practice management system that is a multi-site, multi-specialty management software solution. Our Sr. Program Manager will work closely with the brand General Manager and Implementation and Support Manager to create business processes, and best practices for new product initiatives, launch, pre-implementation, and setting up project management plans to get a client live.
The Career Opportunity:
Our Senior Program Manager for Ora Dental has the following areas of accountability.
1. Project Leadership: Lead pre-implementation projects for Ora Dental that establish the vision, mission, and goals for the project in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives focused on our group practice customers. Define and implement project frameworks, processes, and methodologies to ensure project alignment with organizational goals and standards.
2. Project Portfolio Management: Manage the pre-implementation project portfolio, including prioritization, scheduling coordination, and coordinating efforts with the customer experience team.
3. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to communicate project status, manage expectations, and address concerns or issues that may arise during project execution.
4. Documentation of Business Processes and Workflows in preparation for go live date. Work with groups/practices to identify any pre-implementation gaps in their current systems and processes.
5. Training and Demos: Support the team with training and demos as needed to augment the current team.
The position is based in Alpharetta, GA with a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in the office). Experience trumps location, however.
