The Marketing Department:
The Marketing department serves as a primary growth engine for all of PracticeTek’s business verticals. We are the fuel that drives customer acquisition, conversion and retention through increasing brand awareness and promoting PracticeTek’s products and services. We are the face and voice that represents PracticeTek and its brands. We care as much about our team as we do about our products. The Career Opportunity:
PracticeTek is seeking a seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Email Specialist, will partner with the vertical marketing teams and the Omincchannel Growth manager to execute on brand marketing in the email channel. You should possess excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. This is an onsite or remote position working with our in-house Marketing Operations Center.

 Areas of Accountability
  • Email Strategy Development: Work with vertical leaders to develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to enhance brand engagement, drive conversions, and increase customer retention across multiple brands.
  • Campaign Management: Work with channel team and vertical leaders to plan, create and launch email campaigns, including promotional, transactional and triggered emails, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
  • Copywriting and Content Creation: Write compelling email copy that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions. Edit and refine copy received from other team members or external sources to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Audience Segmentation: Utilize data-driven insights to segment email lists and tailor campaigns to different audience segments, maximizing relevance and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to experiment with different email elements to improve campaign performance and identify best practices.
  • Email Automation: Develop and manage automated email workflows and sequences, such as welcome series, re-engagement campaigns and post-purchase follow-ups.
  • List Management: Oversee the growth and maintenance of email lists, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for list hygiene.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all email communications.
  • Optimizes our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
  • Manages set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns, ensuring deliverability.
  • Proofreads emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
  • Test and QA emails and gain approvals from stakeholders before scheduling.
  • Liaise with marketing directors and other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
 Competencies for Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar.
  • Hubspot Marketing Automation
  • Pardot
  • 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house marketing team
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with leaders and highly intellectual thinkers.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Asana Project Management (not required, but a plus!)
At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between 50,000-75,000 for this position.
